I’m SO happy with how my sweater came out. The drawing I submitted had a lot of curves and twists and I was very impressed at the accuracy. I like the quality of the sweatshirt as well. Only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because I thought the sizing ran a little small.

This is probably my wife’s favorite Mother’s Day gift. The embroidery looks so real and the sweatshirt fits her perfectly.
We ordered this in honor and remembrance of our son who passed away last year at the age of 10. We were so incredibly pleased with the product. The figure itself was incredible detailed, down to the chaotic nature of his hair. I was thoroughly impressed with the 3d interactive instructions as well.
Took a long time to get to me but love the final product. Even realized I made a mistake in the color selection and they changed it for me.
I love this shirt. It came out just as I ordered. The only thing I would change is the size of the embroidered words ‘Preston’ and my grandsons names. They are small in comparison, however, I did not see where I could have chosen to pay more for larger lettering. But I still love it ! Highly recommend.
I like the sweatshirt very much, I just would rather the ‘r’ looked more like an ‘r’. Literally 6 people said, “I love it” after they asked ”does that say Preston?”
I know it is the font, but my only recommendation would be to add a smidge to any lower cake ‘r’ in the second position after a “P”.

This is such a cosy, quality sweatshirt in its own right. The personalisation elevates it to a keepsake. My wife loves her "Mum" version. It's her go-to for weekend walks and school runs. Washes well without fading.
The design is understated but says so much. It's not loud or tacky. My grandmother ("Nana") appreciates that. The sleeve embroidery is a delightful, subtle detail. She's received so many compliments on it.
