Cancellation & Modification
As your personalized item enters production (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation), it will be locked and cannot be canceled or modified. We encourage you to double-check all details before finalizing your order.
Return & Exchange
Please note that custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personalized nature.
If there has been an error on our part, we will promptly rectify the issue by sending you a replacement product. Please feel free to keep or dispose of the original item, there is no need to return it to us.
Replacement Process
Please send us an email including the following information:
- Order number and your Email.
- Video/ photo of the wrong/defective product.
- If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
- If your claim is in regards to the sizing issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
We will resend you a replacement product in the above situation if it is confirmed by our fault(You can keep or dispose of the original item, there is no need to return it to us). We believe that REPLACEMENT may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we will not offer a refund.
Note
- Please note that we are unable to process replacement requests for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout. We understand that mistakes can happen, so we strongly encourage you to double-check your address before finalizing your order.
- There may be a 20% variation between the advertised images and the actual product you receive. This difference can occur due to variations in lighting during photography or differences in monitor displays, which may affect color perception.
