Each custom air freshener is individually crafted to order with your uploaded photo prominently displayed on both sides. To preserve the unique silhouette, we mirror the image on one side while keeping the regular view on the reverse.

Photo Guidelines
Feel free to upload any high-quality photo you love! Well-lit, close-up images with good resolution will ensure the clearest custom prints.
Please be aware - we cannot legally include photos of celebrities, athletes, famous characters, trademarked logos, or explicit content without proper permissions. We appreciate you submitting only original photos you hold rights to.
Only The Head(s): If choosing this option, please make sure the entire head is clear and visible. If not, it may be printed as is, without any cropping.
Complete Body(s): If choosing this option, the entire body must be clear and present in the photo. Failure with this may result in your order being printed without any cropping.
Only The Vehicle: If choosing this option, please make sure the entire car is visible in the photo. Failure to do so may result in your order printed without any cropping.

Crop Details
Only The Head(s): Our skilled team of graphic designers will trim your photo to exclusively showcase the head(s) depicted in the image.
Complete Body(s): Our proficient graphic designers will eliminate the background from your photo and retain solely the body(s) displayed in the image.
Only The Vehicle: If your photo includes a car, this choice will instruct our designers to exclusively emphasize the car in the final product.
Do Not Crop: We will refrain from any cropping of your photo, and it will be presented in the final product exactly as uploaded.

At BRODERFT, we are committed to delivering your personalized items promptly and reliably. Please review the following details regarding order processing and shipping.
1. Processing Time:
- Design (1-3 Days): After you place your order, our talented designers will begin crafting your custom items.
- Production (2-7 Days): Most products typically require 2 to 7 days for processing. However, certain items with specialized production methods (like hand-painted products) may take an additional 3-5 business days (total production time: 5-12 days for such items).
- Shipping (7-20 Days or Faster): Once production is complete, your product will be securely packaged and shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 20 days.

5. Shipping Delays:
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and may take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Please note: If you Have not seen the delivery information when you click the order tracking link, please don’t worry! Sometimes, the package goes from our transfer point to the shipper’s first scan at one of its destinations, there may be 24 hours delay in viewing the tracking progress.
6. Sales Tax & Import Duties:

We currently do not charge sales tax at checkout. The price displayed is the final product cost, with no additional sales tax applied.

- Import Duties & Customs Fees
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the customer's responsibility.
We cannot estimate these fees, as they vary by country and are beyond our control. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
Please also note: Refusing a shipment due to import fees may result in you being responsible for all return shipping costs and related handling fees.
Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our custom products. If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us at support@broderft.com, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Return & Refund
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. If an error is determined to be our fault, we will provide a free replacement. You will not need to return the original item.
2. Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the customization process has begun (within 24 hours of order placement). We strongly recommend reviewing your design, size, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Free Replacement
A free replacement may be issued under the following conditions:
- No shipping movement after 3 weeks from the shipping date (correct address required)
- Damage, defects, or incorrect customization (Reported within 30 days of delivery confirmation (i.e., the date you sign for the package))
To request a replacement, email us with:
- Order number and email address
- Photos/video showing the issue
- For sizing: an image with a measuring tool
Please Note: We do not offer refunds—replacements are our primary solution to resolve eligible issues.
4. Replacement with a Small Fee
If the error resulted from incorrect customization information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong size or design selected), a replacement may be available for a reduced fee (50% of the original product price). You will not need to return the original item.
Important Notes
- Replacements are not offered for errors caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please verify your address carefully during checkout.
- Slight variations (up to 20%, e.g., lighter/darker shades) in color or appearance due to photography lighting or screen display.
