We love creating personalized 3D printed items for you to treasure! You can personalize these name plate toppers with any name, nickname or word of your choice. These fun name plate toppers are made from biodegradable plastic called PLA and is food grade safe. 
***What’s included***
1 x personalized name plate topper up to 10 characters long.
We can only print ONE word/name with a maximum of 10 characters. All will be printed in capital letters.
***Size***
Approximately 30mm in height, 8mm thick. The length varies based on the length of the name/word with a max length of 124mm.
***Color***
Please view the color options in the gallery, and advise your color upon ordering. Colors may vary from the samples, due to the many variations in monitors and browsers.
***Material***
Our items are made from a type of biodegradable plastic called PLA. Derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugarcane, PLA is food grade safe to use on your cakes.
***If you require multiple name plate toppers, please add them to your basket separately.
***As these are 3D printed, please note that there may be small imperfections, but they are a professional
standard and printed on a high quality printer.

changed once placed.

Shipping Delays:
Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and may take longer than the expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures, or other causes.
Please note: If you Have not seen the delivery information when you click the order tracking link, please don’t worry! Sometimes, the package goes from our transfer point to the shipper’s first scan at one of its destinations, there may be 24 hours delay in viewing the tracking progress.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
1. Return & Refund
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. If an error is determined to be our fault, we will provide a free replacement. You will not need to return the original item.
2. Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the customization process has begun (within 24 hours of order placement). We strongly recommend reviewing your design, size, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.
3. Free Replacement
A free replacement may be issued under the following conditions:
- No shipping movement after 3 weeks from the shipping date (correct address required)
- Damage, defects, or incorrect customization (Reported within 30 days of delivery confirmation (i.e., the date you sign for the package))
To request a replacement, email us with:
- Order number and email address
- Photos/video showing the issue
- For sizing: an image with a measuring tool
Please Note: We do not offer refunds—replacements are our primary solution to resolve eligible issues.
4. Replacement with a Small Fee
If the error resulted from incorrect customization information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong size or design selected), a replacement may be available for a reduced fee (50% of the original product price). You will not need to return the original item.
Important Notes
- Replacements are not offered for errors caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Please verify your address carefully during checkout.
- Slight variations (up to 20%, e.g., lighter/darker shades) in color or appearance due to photography lighting or screen display.
