1. Return & Refund

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom orders. If an error is determined to be our fault, we will provide a free replacement. You will not need to return the original item.

2. Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once the customization process has begun (within 24 hours of order placement). We strongly recommend reviewing your design, size, and shipping information carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Free Replacement

A free replacement may be issued under the following conditions:

No shipping movement after 3 weeks from the shipping date (correct address required)
Damage, defects, or incorrect customization (Reported within 30 days of delivery confirmation (i.e., the date you sign for the package))

4. Replacement with a Small Fee

If the error resulted from incorrect customization information provided at checkout (e.g., wrong size or design selected), a replacement may be available for a reduced fee (50% of the original product price). You will not need to return the original item.
