Most products typically require 2 to 7 days for processing. However, certain items with specialized production methods (like hand-painted products) may take longer.
3. Shipping (7-20 Days or Faster):
Once production is complete, your product will be securely packaged and shipped. Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 20 days.
Please note: During holiday seasons(such as Christmas), order volumes are much higher, which may cause delays. We recommend placing your order at least one week earlier t o ensure on-time delivery.

We work hard to show true-to-life colors in our product images. However, what you see on screen may differ slightly from the actual product because:

While small color differences are normal for custom goods, we'll make it right if colors differ significantly.

As your personalized item enters production (typically within 24 hours of order confirmation), it will be locked and cannot be canceled.
Send us an email including the following information:
- Order number and your Email.
- Video/ photo of the wrong/defective product.
- If your claim is in regards to a printing error, please include photographs of the error.
- If your claim is in regards to the sizing issue, please include a measuring tape, stick, or ruler in the photographs of affected garments.
We will resend you a replacement product in the above situation if it is confirmed by our fault(You can keep or dispose of the original item, there is no need to return it to us). We believe that REPLACEMENT may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we will not offer a refund.
